Brief

Support the development of a rental tenant guide outlining key changes as part of a building renovation.

Strategy

We worked closely with the Epic team to understand tenant needs and expectations to develop messaging that would be simple and effective in communicating the changes to come. We worked to clarify existing messaging and develop material that streamlined expectations and requirements.
