About Instdio Communications
Instdio Communications is a consultancy taking a creative agency approach to corporate communications.
Often the most critical stakeholder communications don’t receive the professional attention they require. We’d like to change that.
We work with real estate development, investor and shareholder-based organizations to better fulfill their corporate communications needs and help identify and define their purpose to better align their messaging.
We are of the mindset that clarity starts within.
After that, we have a serial generalist mindset in tying it all together and stress-testing from various angles.
We work with a number of service partners such as writers, graphic designers, copy editors, trademark lawyers and web developers to create the right solutions for you.
Our Start
Instdio Communications was conceived in 2020 by Natalie Pastuszak. After 13 years of in-house corporate communications experience, with 10 years in the real estate development sector in Toronto, Natalie ventured off on her own with a vision to provide the services she was looking for.
With a true understanding of the amount of work it takes to communicate for a corporation and have it be on-brand, Instdio Communications was formed to help move business communications forward and provide a level of support in an area that is typically managed in-house.
Inspiration
“Instdio” is inspired by the creativity, expression and search for purpose and meaning that happens in a creative studio space. We believe this deep exploration should take place with all types of communication and human connection - which form the basis of business communications. Our work and our actions are driven by an intrinsic desire to understand and connect, and to create communications that are true to their owner.
About Natalie
With 15 years of in-house communications roles from a Fortune 500 company to a government corporation, Natalie has led communication departments, company re-brands, placemaking efforts, public relations campaigns and more.
Focusing much of her efforts in ensuring the company’s critical stakeholders were informed and engaged with material that was on-brand, supportive of company objectives and packaged in a professional manner, she often wished there were specialized agencies and services with the know-how to support.
Fast forward to 2022, Natalie has developed a communications consultancy to work on the company’s most critical corporate communications. The focus is on packaging and delivery as much as it is on messaging. Natalie believes that companies must be clear on their company messaging to effectively deliver corporate communications that align with their stakeholders.
