Business Planning: Working closely with the Leadership Team, facilitated a process to bring all departments together and align on the company’s strategic evolution. Without a formal framework for business planning in place, the goal was to establish and formalize a new process for strategy setting and effectively communicating goals across the organization. This transformative work resulted in an actionable document, harnessing the power of collaborative ideation to strengthen and optimize core aspects of the business for continued success.
Townhall: Worked closely with the Human Resources and the Leadership team to prepare a comprehensive presentation to clearly communicate key details of the business plan to staff. This involved key message development, presentation preparation and support, employee communication and follow up, demonstrating a commitment to supporting the company and its people through strategic sustained growth.
