Brief
Develop a business plan for the Board and establish a new process for strategy setting across the organization.
Strategy
Working closely with the Leadership team, we facilitated a process to bring all departments together and align on the company’s strategic evolution. Without a formal framework for business planning in place, the goal was to establish and formalize a new process for strategy setting and effectively communicating goals across the organization.
In collaboration with Human Resources, we prepared a comprehensive presentation to clearly communicate key details of the business plan to staff. From message development, presentation preparation and helping facilitate a town hall, the company made an important committment to the growth of the organization and its people.
Outcome
An actionable internal document, that strengthened and optimized core aspects of the business for continued success.
